Avocado Grill
For guests who want to eat an early dinner then head home for the countdown, Avocado Grill will open at 4:00 p.m. and will feature their regular menu, complete with farm-to-table favorites, Short Rib Stuffed Shells and the Naughty Nico sushi roll, as well as 2-for-1 happy hour specials, until 8:00 p.m.
The second seating, taking place at 9:00 p.m., will feature an unforgettable meal highlighting soon to be favorites, Local Heirloom Tomato Tartare served with burrata cheese and frisée topped with shaved truffle vinaigrette; a delectable Crab and Avocado salad with oranges, scallions and tarragon vinaigrette; or Jumbo Grilled Shrimp Fra Diavolo (Italian for “Brother Devil”) accompanied with local arugula and salsa verde toast, as well as twelve-hour Braised Short Ribs and Stuffed Pontano Farm’s Zucchini Flower with celery root puree and crispy leaks. Housemade, warm chocolate lava cake provides the perfect finish to this exquisite meal. Cost for the second seating is $89 per person or $115 per person for those wishing to toast a fresh start for the year ahead with a bottle of Piper Heidsieck champagne.

It’ll be fully stocked with some of the finest local live music out there. On display will be surfy doo-wop duo Beach Day, the psyched-out metal ladies of Snakehole, the indie rockers of Wake Up, and dreamy psych act the Band in Heaven. Roxy’s, located at 309 Clematis St., will host specials on the rooftop complete with party favors and a view of the fireworks show at midnight.
