West Palm Beach GreenMarket a gathering spot for a diverse and vibrant community

Going to the Green Market is always a good time.  You can sample all the scrumptious food being sold, you can play catch on the grass while you take in the gorgeous view of the inter-coastal, and you can be amongst all the happy, beautiful locals with their children and pets.  You’re bound to bump into friendly familiar faces and who knows what fun could ensue from there?

This Saturday, Aaron and I bumped into the Cycle Chic, and you guessed it: she was on her bike!  Check out what she’s been up to on her blog.

We said hello to Moms and Pops of Palm Beach and cooled down—I’ve lived in Florida for about a decade now, yet I still get surprised when I’m sweating in November—on some of their flavorful frozen delights.  Make sure to try the coconut lime!  I want some more just thinking about it.  Check out all of their flavors here.

If for some reason you don’t enjoy delicious food, then seeing all the well-groomed dogs is worth it in itself.  Meet sisters Sasha and Chloe!

Walk around the green market and you’re sure to meet a lot of local charities and not-for-profit organizations. We stopped and talked to the team promoting Lagoon Fest, which promotes our beautiful Lake Worth Lagoon. The festival, which is organized by the county and local organizations, will run alongside the green market next Saturday. We are looking forward it.

Afterwards, it was time for some drinks at Bar Louie with the entire day still ahead of us.  Make sure to be there next week!
