Opera Appreciation & Opera on the Waterfront

Needing an Opera fix? This week we have an Opera Appreciation class at the Mandel Public Library followed by the free Opera at the Waterfront in the beautiful Meyer Amphitheater on the 10th of December.

December 3rd – Opera Appreciation Class

Palm Beach Opera, along with the Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach, is excited to present a fun educational program for adults in our community who want to learn more about this classic form of performance art.

The class will discuss the history, the important personalities, the most famous works, and of course, the music itself. Join us for this whirlwind experience into the enchanting world of opera!

Presented by Palm Beach Opera staff and apprentice artists, to include live excerpts from some of the most famous works, as well as a “sneak peek” at the upcoming opera season.

This is a FREE community event, no tickets or registration required.
